For quartz plates or quartz rods or quartz tubes we sell, most of them will be made a protective chamfer. The purpose of this is to protect the user from being cut by the corners during use. But for quartz plates or quartz rods or quartz tubes with very small diameters (generally less than 5mm in diameter), such protective chamfers will not be made. The first reason is because the difficulty of processing has increased, and consequently, unnecessary costs have increased (sometimes the cost may increase several times). The second reason is because this smaller diameter does not increase the risk of cuts for the user. In addition, there are protective R corners and C corners for the above description. We can also decide whether to make these protective angles according to the requirements of the customers.
