Return Policy

  1. We guarantee 30 days no reason to return. But the product should be kept original condition without any damage. Also the shipping cost(round-trip shipping costs) should be pre-paid by your side.
  2. Our given shipping results in damage of the items except using E-packet & Self shipping, please take proof pictures and send to us within 7 days when the items were received . So that we can make a full refund or send new one as replacement.
  3. Buyers may return the item(s) for a refund if they are not as described or with quality issues within 30 days from the day the item(s) were received.
  4. If you pay by credit card via Shop Pay, the transaction fee will be deducted for any refund, regardless of when the refund is made. Please carefully verify the order quantity and amount when placing your order.
