Brief Description of Finish Grade and Tolerance

 

a. For optical quartz lenses/plates/discs (material such as jgs1 / jgs2 / jgs3), our polishing grade (surface finish) is generally 60 / 40 (or Ra0.2), and other deep polishing requirements (such as: 30 / 20, 20 / 10) are able to be customized.

b. For dimensional tolerance, our common control range is width / length or diameter ± 0.05 ~ 0.1mm, thickness ± 0.01 ~ 0.1mm. For special requirements of micro machining, the tolerance can be controlled below ± 0.01mm.
